The 90-Day Guarantee

If it doesn't land the way you hoped, tell us within 90 days and we'll refund you in full.

You won't need to post it back. You won't need to fill in a form, take photographs, or explain yourself. Email us, tell us it wasn't right, and we'll process the refund.

Why we do it this way

You're buying this to give to someone. That's a different kind of purchase — you can't try it on, you can't test it, and you only find out whether it worked at the exact moment it matters most.

Asking you to carry that risk would be unreasonable. So we carry it instead.

If it arrives damaged or wrong

Email us with your order number and we'll send a replacement straight away. No return needed.

Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll stop it before it ships. After that it may already be on its way — but the 90-day guarantee still covers you.
