Thank you for shopping with Breathlo. Below you'll find details on our order processing and shipping practices.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic (Australia): Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after dispatch.
  • International: Estimated delivery within 7-21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs processing, courier delays, or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress to your door.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, Breathlo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Breathlo is not liable for products lost or stolen in transit once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local courier and check with neighbours before contacting us.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. Breathlo is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@breathlo.co and we will do our best to update the order before it ships.
